Register for MSHA's 2010 Annual Convention!
Registration is open for MSHA's 2010 Annual Convention. This year, MSHA will be distributing the Convention Information and Session Handouts only online via the website. Be sure to consult the 2010 Convention Brochure for complete Convention information and check the website periodically for updates.
Fees
MSHA members receive significant discounts on convention fees and other continuing education throughout the year. If you are not already a member, you may check the form option to Join MSHA during registration and then register/pay at the Member rate. (Your MSHA Membership will be entered along with your registration.) NOTE that discounted fees apply for registrations postmarked or made online on or before March 11th. Fees are as follows:
On or Before March 11, 2010
One Day MSHA Members: $175 Non-Members: $275
Two Day MSHA Members: $300 Non-Members: $400
After March 11, 2010
One Day MSHA Members: $225 Non-Members: $325
Two Day MSHA Members: $400 Non-Members: $500
Special Members
Members of any other state Speech-Language-Hearing Association can pay the MDSLHA member rate, plus $10.00 to attend this convention. Please send proof of membership with your mail-in registration or contact the MSHA office to submit proof after online registration.
Meals
Registration fees include Continental Breakfast/Snacks each day and Lunch on Saturday. Lunch on Friday is on your own. A vegetarian lunch entrée will be offered on Saturday. If you require a kosher lunch, please contact the MSHA office before March 11th.
Cancellation Policy
An administrative fee of $100.00 will be retained on all refunds. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to the MDSLHA office postmarked, faxed, or e-mailed prior to the mail deadline of March 11, 2010. Because of hotel commitments, cancellations for any reason received after March 11th will receive no refund.
