Annual Convention
Held each Spring, the MSHA Annual Convention is a two-day conference during which MSHA members gather to attend continuing education sessions on topics for various instructional levels. Adult Services Winter Workshop & Discussion Groups
The Adult Services Winter Workshop and Discussion Groups focus on a specific topic in delivery of adult services by speech-language pathologists and audiologists. The 2009 Winter Workshop topic, presented by Barbara Sonies, PhD, BRS-S, was Dysphagia ”Clinical Decisions and Treatment Options.” The next Winter Workshop will be held January 30, 2010, when Dr. Ianessa Humbert will present on "Swallowing Neurophysiology and Electrical Stimulation."
