MSHA Unveils Strategic Plan for 2008-2011 |

Taking steps to further MSHA's mission, the MSHA Executive Board has released its Strategic Plan for 2008 through 2011. The plan focuses on several key areas, outlining targeted objectives that will ensure fulfillment of MSHA's mission statement:
- Advocacy
- Membership Development, Involvement, and Leadership Development
- Professional Development/Continuing Education
- Communication with Members
- Association Organization and Management
The Spring 2009 launch of the newly developed MSHA website as well as the increased use of email communications with Members support several key objectives of the long-term strategic plan.
